General Conference

It was General Conference this weekend. Grandma and Grandpa Brey came down to visit us. We watched it on the Internet so our family room was all messed up to face the computer instead of the TV. The kids did okay watching it. Mark actually sat all the way through the prophets talk.

Mark got really interested in Grandma's cross stitch. He sat and watched her for a long time.

Were still alive and kickin here. This is going to be a really busy month so I thought I would post early. Its been really windy that last week or so. We have been doing a lot of playing inside. Mark's favorite is play-doh and cookie cutters. He is also really into "going to school". He packs a bag full of toys (in this picture is happens to be his trick-or-treat bag from last Halloween) and grabs a book and tells me goodbye. He will disappear for a few minutes and then come back home. Its pretty amazing that he knows what school is considering no one he really knows goes to school.

We got Megan into pig tails again. I get such a kick out of her hair. That thing in her hand is infant Tylenol. It is the absolute best chew toy ever. The end of the dropper is soft enough to gum and she loves loves loves it. I have to keep an eye on her because she will eat the wrapper off the bottle.

Here is Megan after some lasagna baby food. I've never bought it before and I have to say I would rather just mush up some real lasagna- it tastes much better. The crazy hair came back full force. She is such a kick. Her latest new development is climbing. She climbs the stairs, onto chairs, into the toy drawer, on the TV cupboard and then she yells at me because she doesn't know how to climb down off of anything. I found her yesterday in a chair trying to climb onto the piano. My kids are monkeys.
